These people can carry the toxicity of the day without becoming toxic to others. They know exactly what they’re dealing with, try to understand why they feel it, and resolve it.

Can Take Responsibility – People who cannot accept that they are wrong are not entirely wrong. It just means that they are not emotionally mature to accept that they are viewing things differently. Usually, they are afraid of the consequences of their actions, so they tend to bend their reality. But emotionally mature individuals are different.
